As the snow transforms Easton into a winter wonderland, Ariana finds herself falling for Thomas. But someone is watching their clandestine romance unfold, someone intent on turning their holiday weekend into a nightmare...
Last Christmas reveals the secret of what really happened before Private began -- and the shocking truth will change everything for fans of Kate Brian's bestselling series.
This book was actually really intriguing! You get a very good look inside Ariana's head. Previously, I was sure she was a physco. Although I still believe this, her mindset is now a little bit more justified in my head. It was touching, in a way, to see what happened to her. At some parts it was disturbing, but if I told more it would give it awayy:)
Overall, I would recommend this book to any PRIVATE fan, but you need to read the series before you read this book! Otherwise, it will give stuff away in the other books, and events it won't be as surprising. Last Christmas was helpful with helping me understand the previous books, and it was cool how so many connections were made.
****SPOILER!***** (if you haven't read the private series)
Even though Ariana is cold-blooded and she tries to do away with Reed, at the end of this book you see why she felt this way. Even though I still don't think she was right, you start to sympathize with her. This story is heartbreaking, and you find yourself actually becoming Ariana. Or, maybe I'm just weird, but I was starting to use her breathing techniques when I was trying to calm down...
(In two three... Out two three...)
At the end, I found myself craving more for this book. I got a bit confused at some parts, since I didn't pay attention to the chapter titles (my bad...), and I had to go back and reread some, which wasn't that bad.
So, basically, read it!
I went to the library to get Pretties today, but I couldn't find it! Hopefully they have it tomorrow, or I'll just find another book.
NEWS ABOUT PRIVATE!!
I did nottt think another book was going to come out in the series! But I'm SOOOO ecstatic that there is, indeed, another book coming out! *CHEER!*
It is called; PARADISE LOST.
Looking forward to reading:)
Comment about the reviews if you have any...comments:)

Title: Revelation (A PRIVATE Novel)
The biggest mystery of all...and Reed is dying to learn the truth.
Two months after Cheyenne Martin was found dead in her Billings House dorm room, exclusive Easton Academy is rocked by another stunning revelation: Cheyenne was murdered. No one knows who the killer is, but everyone agrees that Reed Brennan, who took over Cheyenne's role as Billings's president, gained the most from her death. Once the most powerful girl on campus, Reed is now powerless to stop her classmates' accusing whispers. Rumors begin to swirl that she killed Cheyenne.
And just like that, Reed is kicked out of Billings.
She's lost everything -- her friends, her home, her boyfriend -- and Reed knows the only way to get it all back is to figure out who really murdered Cheyenne. And she has to do it fast because the killer is still out there. The more Reed investigates, the more she uncovers. And as any Billings Girl knows...secrets can be deadly.
Wow, I got this book last night, and could not put that book down. It has to be the best book out of the entire series! The plot was full of twists and turns, and the ending came out of nowhere (but in a good way!). I seriously could read this book over and over again, looking for hints about the shocking ending, or just to read it since it's so well done. If you've never read the PRIVATE series, and you're a fan of realistic fiction like me, then you need to sprint to the nearest bookstore and pick up all of these books! In Revelation you just get sucked into the plot right away, and I wish my eyes could of processed it more quickly so I could get to the end and see what happened! This book gives the reader and interesting feeling, you want to be at the end already, but once you get there, you want there to be more pages. The ending left me sitting there, gaping, like WHAT? You have to sit there and process what actually happened. Not only does this book supply twists, but you find yourself empathizing with characters, or wanting to tear the hair out of some of the girls. This book isn't an atypical "good guys always win" book, nor is it predictable in anyway. Reed, the main character, is such a compelling and relatable character, and since it's told through her eyes, you really start to feel for her. What I really love about this book is all the drama, but it's stuff that could actually happen, not the faux crap that you see in movies and you go, "this would NEVER happen in real life...". All the characters have their own personality, and this plot seems to come to life in your own head. This is a must read. If you have any questions about the book, or you've read it and want to share how you felt, just comment!

well, its thanksgiving break!
thank the lord. :]]]
i saw twilightt the other dayy... *laughs*
i really do love the series.
but the moviee?
uhhm. well it was funnier than it was supposed to be!
the acting was just sooo overdone at points.
such as... the scene where bella enters the science room?
bahaha! edward looked like he was gonna throw up!
they good did using quotes from the book.
but it was always at the wrong spot!
plus, if i hadnt read the book,
that movie wouldve made absolutely NO SENSE!
it was so choppy, and happened so fast.
one day he almost dies sitting next to her (so it seems)
then 10 minutes later theyre flying in trees!
OH. and what was with spider monkey!
lol i mean seriouslyy!
although, edward was pretty...good looking... in the movie:]]]
the ending was a tad strange.
victoria at prom? really?
and bella wearing converse and leggings? uh..okayy.
also, just yesterday actually!
i finished UGLIES.
it was an exceptionally good book!
it had me sitting there reading for a hours on end.
i would actually try to sneak reading into english class
(since its so boring and everything).
the beginning was s-l-o-w, and i thought the names,
"Uglyville" and "New Pretty Town" were pretty cheesy.
but i kept reading, and im more than glad i did!
it has a real cliffhanger ending!
and i cant wait until monday to get the next book, Pretties.
im gonna go.
so yeahh.. how are you supposed to end these things?
happy early thanksgiving!
