Done anddd Done:)

Title: Last Christmas
Author: Kate Brian

Summary (
Ariana Osgood has everything an Easton Academy girl could want: straight A's, the perfect boyfriend, and a coveted spot in exclusive Billings House. But on the first night of Christmas vacation, a blizzard traps her on campus with irresistible bad-boy Thomas Pearson. Alone. Instead of snuggling with her boyfriend next to a cozy fire in Vermont, she's huddling for warmth with Thomas in Ketlar House.

As the snow transforms Easton into a winter wonderland, Ariana finds herself falling for Thomas. But someone is watching their clandestine romance unfold, someone intent on turning their holiday weekend into a nightmare...

Last Christmas reveals the secret of what really happened before Private began -- and the shocking truth will change everything for fans of Kate Brian's bestselling series.

This book was actually really intriguing! You get a very good look inside Ariana's head. Previously, I was sure she was a physco. Although I still believe this, her mindset is now a little bit more justified in my head. It was touching, in a way, to see what happened to her. At some parts it was disturbing, but if I told more it would give it awayy:)

Overall, I would recommend this book to any PRIVATE fan, but you need to read the series before you read this book! Otherwise, it will give stuff away in the other books, and events it won't be as surprising. Last Christmas was helpful with helping me understand the previous books, and it was cool how so many connections were made.

****SPOILER!***** (if you haven't read the private series)

Even though Ariana is cold-blooded and she tries to do away with Reed, at the end of this book you see why she felt this way. Even though I still don't think she was right, you start to sympathize with her. This story is heartbreaking, and you find yourself actually becoming  Ariana. Or, maybe I'm just weird, but I was starting to use her breathing techniques when I was trying to calm down...

(In two three... Out two three...)

At the end, I found myself craving more for this book. I got a bit confused at some parts, since I didn't pay attention to the chapter titles (my bad...), and I had to go back and reread some, which wasn't that bad.

So, basically, read it!

I went to the library to get Pretties today, but I couldn't find it! Hopefully they have it tomorrow, or I'll just find another book.

I did nottt think another book was going to come out in the series! But I'm SOOOO ecstatic that there is, indeed, another book coming out! *CHEER!*

It is called; PARADISE LOST.

and, also, there is yet another book coming out about Ariana again! Which is cool!

Looking forward to reading:)

Comment about the reviews if you have any...comments:)

Reading reading reading...

Hey! So, as you know I finished Revelation  really quick, and so I've moved on to Last Christmas.

This book is a PREQUEL to the PRIVATE series, and while I'm only about halfway done, connections between this book and the series are already made. Hopefully I will finish this book within a day or two. But since school starts back up tomorrow (ugh), I might not have a lot of time.

Anyways, I'm off to get ready to finish my Christmas shopping!:)
Hope you all have a good day!

Book Review: Revelation

Title: Revelation (A PRIVATE Novel)
Author: Kate Brian
Summary (

The biggest mystery of all...and Reed is dying to learn the truth.

Two months after Cheyenne Martin was found dead in her Billings House dorm room, exclusive Easton Academy is rocked by another stunning revelation: Cheyenne was murdered. No one knows who the killer is, but everyone agrees that Reed Brennan, who took over Cheyenne's role as Billings's president, gained the most from her death. Once the most powerful girl on campus, Reed is now powerless to stop her classmates' accusing whispers. Rumors begin to swirl that she killed Cheyenne.

And just like that, Reed is kicked out of Billings.

She's lost everything -- her friends, her home, her boyfriend -- and Reed knows the only way to get it all back is to figure out who really murdered Cheyenne. And she has to do it fast because the killer is still out there. The more Reed investigates, the more she uncovers. And as any Billings Girl knows...secrets can be deadly.

Wow, I got this book last night, and could not put that book down. It has to be the best book out of the entire series! The plot was full of twists and turns, and the ending came out of nowhere (but in a good way!). I seriously could read this book over and over again, looking for hints about the shocking ending, or just to read it since it's so well done. If you've never read the PRIVATE series, and you're a fan of realistic fiction like me, then you need to sprint to the nearest bookstore and pick up all of these books! In Revelation you just get sucked into the plot right away, and I wish my eyes could of processed it more quickly so I could get to the end and see what happened! This book gives the reader and interesting feeling, you want to be at the end already, but once you get there, you want there to be more pages. The ending left me sitting there, gaping, like WHAT? You have to sit there and process what actually happened. Not only does this book supply twists, but you find yourself empathizing with characters, or wanting to tear the hair out of some of the girls. This book isn't an atypical "good guys always win" book, nor is it predictable in anyway. Reed, the main character, is such a compelling and relatable character, and since it's told through her eyes, you really start to feel for her. What I really love about this book is all the drama, but it's stuff that could actually happen, not the faux crap that you see in movies and you go, "this would NEVER happen in real life...". All the characters have their own personality, and this plot seems to come to life in your own head. This is a must read. If you have any questions about the book, or you've read it and want to share how you felt, just comment!

i survived!

hey guys!
i am a surviver! of black friday shopping!  (did the title make it seem like i was in some tiger fight?)
but, yes, i indeed did wake up at 4AM, and went to meijer, which only took 10 minutes surprisingly enough, then to the mall!
however, all i got at the mall was 2 sweatshirts pour moi...
all the other stores i needed to buy my other friends presents didn't open until 7, so we left. but we're going to resume and complete our christmas shopping on sunday!

for the girls, i'm going to forever 21, and buying them each a scarf, hat, gloves, or cute piece of jewelry that reminds me of them! (since i have to buy for like 10 girls!)
is that a good idea?

and the guys are individual, since there's only like 4 of them!

anyways, i think my dad is going to take me to buy the books, Revelations and Last Christmas today! I'm super excited!

I will read them as fast as my eyes and brain will allow it, and try to get a review up soon! since you're probably tired of reading about my not-so-exciting life:)

So, I will leave you to whatever you were doing now. Today I'm going to enjoy myself and indulge in left over stuffing (my favorite thanksgiving dish!), and run off that half of the pecan pie i ate:)

christmas spirit is in the air!
only 26 days!

the other good thing is that it brings families togetherr...
right? yeahh! eating at a crowded table with your aunt that doesnt shut up,
or your grandpa reliving his glory days! (when i was a kid... we didnt have those... etc)
isnt that what todays all about? :]

well, actually, im not having any extra relatives over this yearr!
just me, my 2 younger, annoying, brothers, mom++dadd.

today, we set up the christmas tree!
its fakee. like it has been for like 4 years now!
anyone have a real tree?
i think theyd be a hassle you know?
to like, get in thru the door, and then theyd be all sappyy.
but i guess, in a way, it could be cool!
i lovee seeing the christmas tree when it's all decorated though!
its so pretty! and so are the lights outsidee!
although, my family usually doesn't go all extravagent like some other houses.

my firstt blog?

hahaaa. well my title made me sound like a 3 year old!
well, its thanksgiving break!
thank the lord. :]]]

i saw twilightt the other dayy... *laughs*
i really do love the series.
but the moviee?
uhhm. well it was funnier than it was supposed to be!
the acting was just sooo overdone at points.
such as... the scene where bella enters the science room?
bahaha! edward looked like he was gonna throw up!

they good did using quotes from the book.
but it was always at the wrong spot!
plus, if i hadnt read the book,
that movie wouldve made absolutely NO SENSE!
it was so choppy, and happened so fast.
one day he almost dies sitting next to her (so it seems)
then 10 minutes later theyre flying in trees!

OH. and what was with spider monkey!
lol i mean seriouslyy!
although, edward was pretty...good looking... in the movie:]]]
the ending was a tad strange.
victoria at prom? really?
and bella wearing converse and leggings? uh..okayy.

also, just yesterday actually!
i finished UGLIES.

it was an exceptionally good book!
it had me sitting there reading for a hours on end.
i would actually try to sneak reading into english class
(since its so boring and everything).
the beginning was s-l-o-w, and i thought the names,
"Uglyville" and "New Pretty Town" were pretty cheesy.
but i kept reading, and im more than glad i did!
it has a real cliffhanger ending!
and i cant wait until monday to get the next book, Pretties.

well anyways.
im gonna go.
so yeahh.. how are you supposed to end these things?
happy early thanksgiving!
